How do your pieces fit?
Most of our pieces have a relaxed, easy fit. Each product page shows the fit, and our size guide lists body measurements in inches and cm. If you are between sizes, go with your usual size for relaxed styles and one size up for fitted anarkalis.
What is the difference between stitched and unstitched?
Stitched pieces are ready to wear in sizes XS to XXL. Unstitched suits come as fabric lengths for the top, bottom and dupatta, so you can get them tailored exactly how you like. You can also choose our stitching service at ₹899.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, on most pincodes across India. A ₹49 handling fee applies to cash on delivery orders. You can pay the delivery partner in cash or by UPI.
How long will my order take?
Ready-to-wear orders ship in 1–2 working days and arrive in 3–6 days with standard delivery, or 1–2 days with express in most metros. Stitched-to-size orders need 10–12 extra days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. We pick the piece up for free and ship your new size once it passes a quick quality check.
Can I return unstitched fabric?
Yes, within 7 days, as long as the fabric has not been cut, washed or used. Pieces stitched by our stitching service cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We shoot in natural light to keep colours true, but screens vary. Handmade pieces also carry small irregularities, which are part of their charm.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We deliver across India for now, and international shipping is on our list.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Tick "This is a gift" at checkout and add a note. We leave prices out of the package.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your order number and phone number. We also send tracking updates by SMS, WhatsApp and email once your order ships.
